If your dog isn’t obsessed with their new kit, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Personalised items (e.g. embroidered bandanas) cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Faulty or damaged items: contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
